Maybe in some areas?
I went to the local Coles from work this morning at about 7am to purchase paper towel for the workplace, grabbed x2 three packs of it (there was plenty at the time).
At Tooronga Coles the nuffies stuffing their trolleys full at the time with toilet paper/paper towel/tissues/dettol wipes etc were all Anglos in the 45 + age group. But maybe that's just the predominant demographic here in Glen Iris/East Hawthorn? I dunno?
They all looked very happy with themselves though.
I'm sure for them it was like a personally successful Moon landing.
Betcha they jumped into the car & immediately phoned their other half.
"Mission accomplished, I'm coming home".
