Shell deciding not to drill and leaving it until the last day to tell us has created a mindset that the Senegal government will do the same thing.
I believe this is a mistake and news could come any time up until the deadline of the 22nd of Nov.
If that heavy day of 35 odd million 10 days ago is any indication, one could speculate that the pending decision may be a lot closer than we think....and a positive one to boot.
