WL I am no expert in product development and marketing however most new products start top end and filter down to the masses. The wealthy are savvy and uptake new products and technology first. It doesnt come from the bottom of the pile.
I wouldnt expect Esra would understand marketing or waste her valuable time on it. She only needs to understand the value of marketing. That is what she is saying in her announcement. She clearly has picked up your message WL.
