I think he was referring to pulling out of Tanzania in regards to the bond issue.
Surely this is the trip to get the bond issue approved. Surely he isn’t going there to speak at a seminar or something. We aren’t a community service.
Once it is done I think everything else will fall into place ie 100% BOA. I won’t be too fussed if we do a small raising once funding is agreed to. We should be rerated by then.
Please make it happen, has been a nightmare wait.
