when MOG announced a rights issue EVERYONE on the MOG thread was sure the farminee was going to be named before the close out date because "why would the rights be taken up at 18c if the farminee wasnt known?" everyone predicted the SP to slip back to 6c if it wasnt known... so i dont think you can make any judgements from Albers actions
