I'm responding to your telephone inquiries on status of PieNetworks.

Shares remain suspended due to our uncertainty around where we stand with Telstra on the webphone business, and the Board's uncertainty regarding prospects for the Company. Once the Directors can provide clarity on the Company's position a full update will be provided to the market. The Directors are conscious of the need to update the market asap.
