What a pessimistic view on the proceedings. But agree that current BoD doesn't have skin in the game. However, there are laws that stop them buying without Shareholders assuming inside trading. So it's a unique set of circumstance that we Shareholders find ourselves in!
@Gwaihir , Barney would like to think or our new BoD's as prudent and highly professional. One doesn't buy a business without doing Due Diligence and having a look at its books. So why should it be any different when prior Management and the auditors seemed to be out of their depth from an administration stand point. This review and the efforts of a few SHers to cause a Board spill ( an Australian first From Barney's understanding) may well have saved you and all a considerable amount of your investment Dollars?
