I don't hold this stock but in my opinion on the available information you have well and truly left your money in the bag. I would suggest that for most they will lose their money and it seems a strong chance that there will be significant costs awarded to Murchison as a result of the claim if it is proved to be vexatious. Certainly those who bought in at 12c are looking at a 60% loss on their money at the moment. The hearing on February 8th will at least give you some indication as to whether you have any hope at all.In my opinion there would have been far better opportunities in the market than investing with Chameleon particularly given the previous history. At best they might get a few hundred grand.There is always the concern that the get out will be quick and ruthless, bit like getting on the plunge horse and then they decide they can't win.
