Do you think they are likely to go for any particular finance option? I thought they were too far away from ODP approval to take the risk on debt without having extra cash on the bank first.
Everything is relative though right? They are still only at 5% of the project value, so even a full 100% dillution will see them well exceed their initial cash needs.. and market concern. Ka boom!
