Nice to see someone getting into the science behind oncology .

If a Cancer company were to adopt a potential treatment, then what type of evidence in terms of p-value would they likely demand/ look for? Or is there too many factors involved to determine this?

When comparing different treatments in the same trial, what p-value is considered not strong enough to be statistically significant? what is the reference point?
