    'transaction specific advisor is not a person on a deal of this size. It's a professional service firm like pwc , ey etc.
    They are hired for there experience , independence due Diligence, tax etc. What ever CBz asks.

    This is not some thing you want a director to be responsal for, leave it to the people who do it everyday
