I would suggest thats whats taking so long with LCY trying to work out the value NMDC has on it compared to the valuation and getting some legal advice of what it all means and how it shapes the future of the company for shareholders and moving forward. Its never straight forward as some may think as just wanting to know the price.

We will get to have our vote on the deal. We will get to see the independent valuation at that time and Sharon will advise us what the board decision is and the reasons for it.
