I am still optimistic for a 65mil+ offer for 50% given what we know about Mt Bevan and other key projects.
We know NMDC is desperate to establish a foothold in Australia.
The key may be what the independent valuation was although we may not know this till all negotiations are concluded.
Even being conservative, Legacy would have to be valued at least around the 200mil mark imo.
