I think part of the problem in comparing is that maybe its not so simple as 3P = x$ and 2P=x$.

Maybe the potential buyers use different metrics, which ultimately make ESG and BOW price equivalent and that is why no one else comes over top?

Easy for brokers and us to break it down by simple price/3P,

but that may be that problem with our valuation. In that it was never what the purchasers/bidders were using,
