I can't say I would be happy with a T/O at anything lower than 60cents. My guess is that a lot of holders are a fair chunk in the red on this one - including management. If they accepted 40 cents I would feel completely ripped off.
Do people think they would sell a % of the project to cover ramp-up costs?? Personally I would prefer debt, and retain 100%...
