I can't see a takeover happening at these prices. I am guessing your suggestion of selling off a % may be closer. Not sure if this constitutes a corporate transaction, but could they sell some future production today for a discount?? I have seen this done before and could definitely be a possibility if they're planning on producing 5-6k oz in the coming months.
