Given the Quarterly says expressly they have been approached and are in discussions re corporate "control" transactions, ie takeover bids, amazing that sp sitting on 17.5c ps.
What would a takeover be pitched at 30c 40c 50c? Lot more than 17.5c surely....this could snap back very hard if an offer goes on table.
Maybe a takeover is for the best here.
