You are of course correct, the 'late' satellite pit resource report, in fact the 'no' satellite pit resource report in isolation is not fraudulent however the continual misrepresentations dating back to May 2011 when it was reported that the process plant would be in production Sept'11 and subsequent reporting and claims by the board that still have not been fullfilled I consider are fraudulent. NMG has an 18 month history of unfulfilled promises. I accept the reporting date is 31 July however my frustration with NMG is at breaking point yet I still believe in the project, it is the management I have issues with!
