    Does anyone else suspect this whole arrangement is actually a play on of the Mono/Chinese deal. They could not agree after the last extension so Mono increased the incentive to do a deal by pulling the plug and they are still trying to sort something out?

    I don't see why else it would take this long.

    Does that sound crazy?
