About due diligence ... hovering around $3.10 - which way will it go - only the bean counters know! Having said that, we could speculate on the outcome. I'll kick things off with the following observation - I noticed an announcement yesterday for Ten that indicated a change in substantial holding by the Commonwealth Bank and its subsidiaries. It appears that after a period of high selling during the first quarter of 2007, April and May were buy periods resuting in an increase in its combined holding from 8.80% to 9.81%.
