I doubt if they have ownership of the critical minerals.. They are probably talking about analysing for critical pathway minerals and have misused the word critical like they misused the word mineralisation.
They dont own anthing yet until the milestones are achieved which they cant achieve as they are broke and unable to find such high grades or any grade it seems.
