Don't forget that the PB is serviced by 2 pipelines and that the Parmelia line has a lower tariff posted than that. Also, it is likely that any gas sales will be ex plant, which means that the buyer of the gas, at Xyris, will take control of the gas at that point and be responsible for transportation.
My recent experience in the gas market (admittedly on the east coast) has been that the gas buyers are happy with to pay the tariffs as they, as bulk users, can quite often negotiate lower prices with higher volumes.
