I'm a little tired of all this chest thumping over the fact that MIN have only increased their holding by one or two or four percent.
It's meaningless !
People will hold out till much closed to the end date.
They will wait for a higher offer, a deferment of the final date or another rival bidder.
Very few of those who are considering selling / swapping with MIN will have pulled the trigger.
It's the final week when will either see rapid capitulation or little change.
Until then the lack of acceptance means nothing as there is no advantage whatsoever in committing early in fact it is counterproductive for a NWE holder to commit early.

I'm holding for now, in fact I purchased a little more yesterday, but it is in no way my final decision.
