8.I come back to NZ flushed with excitement about NWE.
9.Then comes the MIN offer. I get excited because the sp leaps.!
10. Then the analysis begins.
11. HC optimists believe it is worth 25-50 cents
12. I receive NWE target statement. Reads really well. Not selling.
13. Get home from golf. NWE Board unaminously agree to accept pathetic raised bid.
14. Cant believe it.
15. Ring/email Iain and am told it is to do with change of Board power. Best to accept offer.
16. Read early excuses re voter turnout being really poor and we are vulnerable to MIN.
17. MIN flies high dragging NWE up.
18. MIN drops dragging NWE down.
19 Alexei exposes the real value of NWE via MIN AGM gaffe.20. "We haven't even drilled the best ones yet" by MIN at AGM.
20. MIN announcement today that since the 1st offer 6 weeks ago , MIN has only increased its holding in NWE to about 3%to 23% which is way below the 35% that the NWE Board are worried about.
21. All the NWE Target statements are still hugely valid. As validated by the MIN Board.. See first sentence above no.19. "We ain't seen nothing yet"
21. And then we have the talk about Iain's 7 cent options
22. I sold some today to help the NZ Blind Low Vision. Last year I promised them 200,00,000 shares at 5 cents or 100,000. I asked them to wait. It is the waiting that is the hardest part ( Tom Petty ). So I sold 2m today and on 14 February I will handover $140,000, a bonus of $40,000.

Thank you everyone for your input. I feel sad to sell a few but I feel glad to have reached finality on helping the Blind with a better fund. Finally,
