Not sure why you lot are getting all carried away with the exclusivity clause. All it means is the Sojitz will buy Tanzanian graphite from KNL only for distribution in Japan, Korea & Taiwan. It does not mean that other suppliers are restricted from buying Tanzanian graphite from other producers in Tanzania and selling them in Japan, Korea and Taiwan. It's purely an agreement between KNL and Sojitz....they can not blockade other Japanese, Korea or Taiwanese suppliers from doing business in Tanzania with other graphite producers....and trust me...there are plenty of other, bigger suppliers in those countries than Sojitz.

Now whether Sojitz actually expect KNL to be able to produce a product in 5 years is another story. Given the current state of the share price you would think otherwise.
