lost50 ,no specific condition that the evidence in answer due today regarding IP has to be given,ECT can apply for another extension .
when details are finally submitted ,confident that IP will be SEALED with ECT receiving patent number.
fortunately have a very good friend that is a patent lawyer.
Until then look at it as a buying opportunity.
