The settlement with Iowa Tanklines/RN Industries occurred in this quarter, and was over $2M The settlement occurred early january. Will be interesting to see if any payments in the reflect expenditure in this area.
Iowa lodged more documents with the courts mid february. Who knows what for. We can only speculate as to why Iowa would lodge more court requests after a settlement agreement has been made.
Expenditure on Lobo will not appear until the June Quarterly is released.
Annual report will be very interesting reading.. If they get the opportunity to produce one.
