Imo you are useless as a Liberal if you are prepared to damage country and party over petty factionalism.

For the first time in my life I am half inclined to join a branch of the Liberal Party on the strength of the recent leadership change.

There is a whiff of a chance to revisit the halcyon days of inclusive, consultative, centerist economic and social policy last enjoyed with Hawke/Keating.
