I am not a holder of Telstra, but as commented in business spectator, the move from the goverment is mix with political and commercial interest.

I agree to the last post that a statement should be issued for all telco instead of Telstra itself. To have what the they call the fair playing field, a same regulatory should be enforced on all telco, not only Telstra. The only reason I see why Telstra is being targetted is because its hard ball playing policy. And also the rich cash reserve it have in its bank account.

I see the same market monopoly might be happened again in the future, maybe not telstra, but could be 3, Optus etc.
