Bell wants to see RMR as part of the Regency empire though his director rolls at Jupiter JMS, RMR, AIM:RGM and AIM:RRR Red Rock Resources, all seem to point at unprofitable companies.

The obvious is a consolidation of at least 20:1 but how they raise cash is not as certain as Director Bell may think. I think he's blowing up smoke signals hoping a benefactor is watching whilst praying Sirius strike lucky near RMR's tenements.
