I agree with the comments here. TS has proven he is an excellent dealmaker. He sold the original project at the height of the gfc for 400m (or 320m - we will see), this was shortly after the previous deal for 280m had fallen over.
Barring a macroeconomic implosion, I have no doubt TS will realise full value for the assets cfe holds, it will take some time though and we could see further slippage in the sp.
Since I bought in at 40c, TS has sold LL for 30m and make a 50m profit on Mayoko. Not bad going if you ask me, no reason to doubt him now.
Contrarians will be buying in now.
In hindsight, the 'toot toot' post on here was a pretty good sell signal.
