Yeah I don't completely disagree poodle, but without knowing what's there how do you price it for sale?
If they were to split it to a different DEG team they create to be run separately but still in house how do you fund it. it would probably be 50-50 split if retail would be up for a CR given by the various opinions here on these threads.
I guess you could do a royalty deal of some kind if you were to give it to another company.
I'm sure people with far more financial smarts than myself could come up with a plan.... I was just more trying to illustrate that there is also a good case for not doing it, like there is for doing it.
