You miss the point about EVs and renewable energy.,It has nothing to do with cost efficiency but instead that the world is in the process of spending hundreds of trillions to move way from fossil fuels. Since it is all politically inspired you will just have to swallow that you are being forced to conform and to cough up, since the new climate change religion is taking charge.
