Yes it was obvious what he was getting at, but the fact is there are new holders of 18 mill shares in a hotstock called CCI.
I was a little surprised so much cash was sitting on the sidelines waiting, almost expecting to get that sort of quantity in that short timeframe.
I think that is what arttse is alluding to.
Better not say too much...post might dissappear !
