You sound surprised that you haven't heard anything.
What I'm surprised about is that the SP is holding up as well as it is, because for the life of me I'm flat out justifying it. As previously stated, I'm out of this for the time being because I thought the negative announcement from Nestle would shatter the credibility and the short term SP. It would seem that so far I am wrong, and I'm happy to admit that, but I'm a long way from jumping back in, though the cash is sitting there waiting for the right time, which I hoped would be about 4c.
What I see is a company with a quiver full of terrific prospects, but a company racing down the straight at Flemington with cash being burned all the while. A dead heat looks the most likely result between the best possible commercialisation prospects and finally running out of cash.
I've stated that I can't see where the next injection of funds is going to come from: to everyone in the market except the true believers, this company now officially has fleas, and you can bet your dinner jacket that the predators know that. Why would they inject funds at the last minute to save a minnow when they can just wait and let the S.S. Minnow sink like so many with fantastic prospects before it? Then they can come in, pick the flesh of the carcass for very little and leave long-suffering shareholders with nothing.
What's the other alternative? Equity funding? Once the dire straits become evident, any attempt at raising money through a further issue of shares is doomed to failure. How many bits of paper are we going to finish up with.. 2 billion? 3 billion? Valued at $0.01 each?
This mob had better pull an unexpected rabbit out of the hat very quickly or it will be all over by June. I'm no downramper, I think my posts over time have made that clear. But as in so many other small cap companies over time, the potential is swamped by commercial reality. Cash, I repeat, is the name of the game, and without a white knight, the lack of it will be this company's downfall.
Please let me be proven wrong.
