For gods sake wake up & negotiate an amicable dissolvment of this debacle.Obiviously MMk want out & I think most FMS holders want out to.Stop wasting SH money pursuing a dead deal for your own greed rememember your supposed to be acting in the best interests of your SH not your option pkgs or retainment of employment deals.The longer you get strung along the more cash you morons are burning & nothing productive is happening.re. rail deals & such.
