JC I totally agree with your verdict. The deal is off. When MMK shifted proceedings back to Russia they effectively assumed total control over this deal. FMS on the other hand forfeited any position of power that they ever had. GS & the board have failed the brief & have been given a lesson in negotiating skills. TH will come off tomorrow one would think & GS will state the deal is still alive & kicking knowing full well we are all preparing for the inevetible announcement. I dont know whether to be filty at FMS or applaud MMK for a good old fashioned con job !
