Mixed signals everywhere.
Some of the credit market indicators (e.g. Libor) have been edging up, as they have done prior to previous stock market falls. This makes me nervous although we are yet to hear the details of the financial bailout which will have a big impact here.
The mortgage securities market indices (ABX) are in consolidation patterns for the most part. Again would expect break in either direction this week:![]()
