    If there was ever a day for PEN to break and stay above 5 cents then yesterday looked set up for it. Things looked promising early but then there was definite selling to keep the SP where it is and then a "piddly" little test into 4.7 and PEN closed without a whimper.
    We may still see a final shake, to test our patience and sort out the final weak holders.
