    If ITC owns 10% of HRR projects without having to foot the bill, then at current share price, its absolutely crazy cheap!!!

    If Inco is prepare to invest $1 Billion dollar plus in the project, then revenue must be substantial in hundred of millions!!! 10% of that, one would think worth $$$$$$.....at current price, I should buy more than!!!
