An example of the Fed and State Lab Gov't bungling foistered on the folks in North East Vic - Labors new train line from Seymour to Wodonga is a wreck before its been used - again no attention to detail, quality control etc, absolute stuff up - replaced timber sleepers with heavier concrete ones that are now subsiding into the base material - the line is stuffed - all $750m of it.
A joint Fed Lab and Vic Lab Govt funded project...... back to the train set boys and girls, the real thing is beyond your ability
