I cannot see how you could announce a transfer confirmation then allow the stock to trade for 2 weeks knowing the transfer did not happen.
An announcement would have been required.

It has been my understanding that the 19.3mil was successful and currently in a trust awaiting the final investor payment.
Not sure, but l don't think an Ann is required here as the money is yet in XST hands. The confirmation to Sanston is enough.

I choose to believe that unexpected delays have happened due to newly established Indonesian international transfer laws (or perhaps something else).

Sanston is working hard to finalise. Matrix has most likely also seen the confirmation of 19.3 so is happy to extend understanding delays happen and that the long term joint business venture is insignificant compared to a few business weeks.

I think that only smaller shareholders are stressing.
