Its normal for people to sell into news michale123m, happens all the time.
I would be happy for this to rally up to 8 cents but the reality is news often sees the s/p fizzle out. (the s/p may already be factoring in the news)
None the less, traders will keep this in check until the big guns come along and clean them up.
The overall big picture is looking very good.
