Having read last posts it is great that our pressure has led to this rethinking. But as the ann says Saunders and Stokes agree it is not right. Then why the hell did THEY put it up in the first place. Also why dont the directors buy at 2c rather than have to pay 4c. Having said that most people understand Directors are not particularly there for the shareholders (unless they hold large holdings) but to dip in where possible. I personally think they should have just altered the price of oppies upo at a more staggerd level After all if it was say 7c 9c 11c. I for one would be very very wealthy if the directors exercised their oppies
