For those selling at 5c, consider this: A corporate buyer of Nomad could effectively pay themselves a fully franked dividend of $15m from Nomad. That comprises $8.3m net cash (NOD's current balance) plus nearly $8m of tax saved (from $27m of tax losses). The tax saved is effectively a cash payment from the ATO.
So a corporate can self-fund Nomad at the current shareprice. This does not even account for the value of rental assets, McGrath, or corporate synergies. Wake up! You're only playing into the hands of a corporate who will steal NOD for a song.
