Trin - VPE/ITC have performed several drills in the cooper basin over the past couple of years, usually drilling to approx approx 2KM.
Each of these drills has taken approx 2-3 weeks, add another week to run wireline logs etc - results are generally announced within a month of spud date.
you should get interim results as they progress the drill, but dont get too excited as the old saying will forever ring true "oil shows are very different from oil flows"
