There’s strength in numbers you know, that’s why we have elections.

Chairman might listen to groundswells, and I don’t think one shareholder represents a groundswell just yet.

Underpromotion equals undervaluation at the cost of all shareholders, including the Chairman.

You know great non exec Board members are hard to find but this bloke needs some to lean on. It’s forgivable if you haven’t done this leadership stuff before, but it’s unforgiveable to not to
plug the holes and acquire the skills you need as you build a company. Who’s pushing the Chair to do this?
