It can't be uptake of the SPP shortfall.
The company would have had to make an immediate announcement of that to the ASX.
Also the issue price would have been 8 cents, same as the SPP.
A simpler explanation would be improving overall sentiment generated by the last 2 announcements of fundamental company progress of trials.
