A trading halt to confirm something that is clearly confirmed and a matter of public record? You've got to be kidding surely!
Lucy confirmed in her chairman's address to the AGM in early November that Prima had "completed an agreement for the strategy and design of our major Phase III CANVAS trial".
The phase III trial has always been planned and the fact of it well known to the market. It is now on public record that the Phase III trial is in place.
But of earthmoving marketplace importance requiring a TH or even a price-sensitive announcement??
