Whenever I have suggested that PRR is being manipulated, some prominent posters here have claimed that there are no manipulators in the market.
I agree with you, PRR has been manipulated for yonks, so one should not place any importance on day to day price fluctuations.
What is important at this stage in the cycle, are the fundamentals. AND - It is a fact that the fundamentals are EXCELLENT, and getting better month by month - despite what others would have you believe.
